Bag Stitching Systems

• Very efficient and useful for continuous stitching operation of open mouth bags in various process industries like: seed, chemical, sugar, fertilizer, grain, polyester-chips, cement, flour etc.
• Swinging head could be supplied with height adjustable column along with hand-wheel, swinging head motor mounting plate.
• Heavy duty (slat/belt) conveyor would be supplied with suitable drive for online stitching.
•  Electrical panel with overload protection of both the motors (Swinging-head & Conveyor) along with double action foot switch would be supplied.
• By half pressed of foot-switch conveyor and full pressed the swinging head will operate.

Double thread swinging heads are available in 3 different models:

            ZS-300,     ZS-D2,  and  ZS-1000.
